Guatemala's President meets with HELPS' President

On June 27, 2005, HELPS' President, Steve Miller, met with Guatemala's President, Oscar Berger. During the meeting Steve was able to share his thoughts on imprtant issues with President Berger and got his feeddback on HELPS' involvement in Guatemala.
