HELPS 3rd. Medical team of the year has a successful medical mission in San Juan.

The Los Angeles Medical Team led by Dr. Dan Schibler had a very successful mission to San Juan, Sacatepequez. The team was in Guatemala from February 11 through February 20, 2006.

Sixty-nine people traveled from the U.S. and were joined by Guatemalans, including nurses from Guatemala City and students from the American School in Guatemala City who functioned as translators.

The Dallas team served 944 patients in and around San Juan, Sacatepequez. This included 854 clinics including , 106 Dental and 90 surgical patients.
